Guidelines for Privacy Policy

These guidelines describe how FjordSafari Norway AS (Prev. Flåm Guideservice AS) processes your personal information when using our website and services. We define “personal information” as any kind of information about an identified or identifiable person, ref. the Privacy Policy (European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679, (hereinafter “GDPR”), article 4 No. 1).

This for example includes collecting, registering, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, transferring, disseminating or any other form of disclosure, aggregation or collocation, limitation, deletion or destruction, ref. GDPR Article 4 No. 2. FjordSafari Norway AS is responsible for processing personal information. This means that we are responsible for determining the purpose and means for processing, ref. the GDPR, article 4, No. 7.
